Dear Bankers..
What happened to those " protracted" , "Clinching", "right Direction" wala Bipartite negotiations??Somebody was alleging about the "derailment" of the so called right Direction talks.
How long these Unions will fool their member Bankers with their English Vocabulary and Verbal Diarrhoea?? Why these constituents of UFBU are not admitting their powerless position and the facts in ground??Why don't the IBA, the so called Club House of Banking Executives admit that their hands got tied by the legal clutches when they tried to rub with the WeBankers as well as with some Good Samaritans among the Banking fraternity?Why don't they admit that their "Clubhouse cum Powerhouse of Banking" status has been challenged by a tiny fearless Union called WeBankers which have been keeping them on toes?
Dear Banker friends.. Let's come out of the darkness created by these illegal bodies and look at the facts due to which the current ongoing BPS talks have "derailed".
Reason No.1
The writ filed by WeBankers as per the provisions of Industrial Dispute has been a hurdle for both IBA and the UFBU to materialise their devilish plans.
Reason No.2
Because of the writ filed by a gentleman who is a retired bank employee, at the High Court of Madras, it has been categorically admitted by the IBA that there wouldn't be any signing of BPS atleast till 28th of Nov 2020.
Reason No.3
The writ filed by another retired employee at the High Court of Madurai has been another hurdle for materialising the signing of BPS.
So as we sum up, one could understand that the so called derailment is not due to any issues pertaining to any charter of demands by the UFBU.It also establishes that there has been no contradictory views at the UFBU side for whatever IBA suggested. It also proves that the UFBU has been hand in glove with the IBA in denying the due benefits for the bankers. It is also evident that the UFBU has been able to clinch the following for the bankers.
1. No merger of special allowance.
2. No 5 Day Banking.
3. Draconian DA calculation.
4. No relief for pensioners(infact neither IBA nor UFBU wish for Pensioners welfare )
4. Menial increase in Basic Pay .
5. Accepting of all points set by the IBA.
Dear Bankers..When would you arise awake and voice against this atrocities??
