आप सभी को वी बैंकर्स का क्रांतिकारी अभिनन्दन, साथियों वी बैंकर्स एक छोटा संगठन होते हुए भी भगवत गीता के आदर्शो, फल की चिंता किये बगैर केवल कर्म करने के सिद्धांत पर चलते हुए बैंकर्स के हितों की रक्षा के लिए सदैव तत्पर और प्रयासरत हैँ l
जैसा की आपको ज्ञात हैँ हमने अभी हाल ही में, Allahabad हाई कोर्ट में, भारत सरकार, IBA और UFBU तथा सभी बैंक मैनेजमेंटस को कटघरे में खड़ा किया था और बैंकर्स के मौजूदा वेतन समझौते के नाम पर दशकों से चली आ रही प्रतिशत के खेल और भुगतान क्षमता के आधार पर 11वे बीपीएस वेतन समझौते को कड़ी चुनौती दी थी। साथियों आपको ज्ञात हो हमने अलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट से मांग की थी कि हमें ये भुगतान क्षमता के आधार वेतन वृद्धि के नाम पर ये प्रतिशत का खेल मंज़ूर नहीं, तथा हमारी मांग हैँ बैंकर्स के लिए केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग का गठन हो या फिर मामला नेशनल ट्रिब्यूनल को सौंपा जाए, और वही उचित फैसला ले, तब तक IBA UFBU ने जो 15% का सेटलमेंट किया हैँ उसको फाइनल न माना जाए बल्कि अंतरिम राहत के तौर adhoc पे बैंकर्स को मिलता रहे और arrear भी बैंकर्स को तुरंत दें दिया जाए l हमारी याचिका कि मांग पर सुनवाई करते हुए अलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने हमारे पक्ष में फैसला लेते हुए सरकार से और सभी पार्टियों को नेशनल ट्रिब्यूनल में मामले के निपटारा करने का आदेश जारी किया,
सेक्शन 33 इंडस्ट्रियल डिस्प्यूट के अंतर्गत अब बीपीएस फाइनल रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं हो सकता और IBA UFBU को 11 वे वेतन समझौते के अंतर्गत उनको ADHOC वेतन और ARREAR देना पड़ेगा जब तक मामला नेशनल इंडस्ट्रियल ट्रिब्यूनल (NIT) में लंबित हैँ। अब NIT कि पहली सुनवाई कि तारीख का नोटिस आ गया है, पहली सुनवाई 04 Feb 2021 में हैँ ल अब इसका परिणाम चाहे जो भी हो वी बैंकर्स सदैव बैंकर्स के हितों के लिए लड़ता रहेगा, अंत में एक और खुशखबरी आप सभी के लिए वी बैंकर्स बहुत जल्दी आपको सभी बैंकों के SAPHRMS में दिखेगा और आप Online Checkoff facility के जरिये वी बैंकर्स कि सदस्य्ता बिना डरे ले सकेंगे, इस मामले पर भी चीफ लेबर कमीशन नयी दिल्ली ने 10/12/2020 को नोटिस जारी किया हैँ हमारे अलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट में लगाए केस no.12740 तारीख 21/09/2020 के हमारे पक्ष में आये फैसले के आधार पर, कोर्ट ने वी बैंकर्स को जल्द से जल्द online checkoff facility मुहैया कराये जाने का आदेश दिया, उसी निर्देश के आधार पर CLC NEW DELHI श्रम मंत्रालय दिल्ली भारत सरकार ने एक वीडियो कॉन्फ़्रेंसिंग मीटिंग रखी जाएगी 16/12/2020 को दोपहर 3 बजे से, जिसमे IBA, UFBU, DFS, सभी बैंक प्रमुखों को शामिल होना हैँ।
दोस्तों माहौल बदल सकता हैँ अगर उसे बदलने कि नियत और प्रयास हो ।।
Dear Bankers..Revolutionary Greetings from WeBankers..
Despite being an Organisation at nascent stage, WeBankers have been relentlessly striving for the welfare of the Banking Fraternity.
As you all are aware, WeBankers have been able to challenge the IBA, the UFBU, The Bank Managements including the Government in connection with our case at Allahabad High Court. Hearing upon our representation and arguments for the scrapping of bargaining system for Bankers' wage revision, The honourable Court had directed the parties of the case that the case will be refereed at the National Industrial Tribunal. At the same Court, WeBankers had requested the Court to direct the Banks to release the 15% pay to Bank employees which they had agreed upon as part of the 11th Bipartite Agreement, as interim Pay and arrears. Now with the matter being referred to the National Industrial Tribunal, We wish to inform you all that, under Section 33 of the Industrial Dispute Act, the Bipartite Settlement cannot be registered and hence the implementation of the same cannot be done in its full form.
We wish to inform you all that the dates for the first hearing of the National Industrial Tribunal has been fixed on the 04th of February 2021. We would like to reiterate that whatever may be the outcome of the case at the NIT, WeBankers will continue to fight for the welfare of the Bankers.
Finally, we are delighted to share a news with all of you. Very shortly each and every Bank staff will be able to exercise the option to select WeBankers as their preferred Union in the Banks's HRMS portals without any fear or doubt. The Central Labour Commissioner has called upon a virtual meeting on the 16th of December 2020 in which the notice has been sent to all Heads of Banks, the IBA and the UFBU to be present on the dispute filed by WeBankers for Check Off Facility.
